Level 1: Introduction to Usui Reiki, basic healing techniques. After this level, it is recommended for the client to practice for 21 days before proceeding to the next level.
Level 2: Symbols and distance healing techniques. Again, a 21-day practice period is advised before moving to the next level.
Level 3(A): New symbol, third eye activation, powerful chakras. Following this level, it is recommended for the client to practice for 21 days to integrate the attunement.
Level 3(B): Master symbols, ability to pass on energy, increased power. As with previous levels, a 21-day practice period is recommended before further advancement.
